[Camino] Contextual menu for highlighted word

Yes, Camino seems faster and cleaner but it lacks certain searching  
capabilities.

The author of AcidSearch (which I use with Safari) said the next  
version of it *may* be Camino-compatible.

Maybe if enough people email him he will make more of an effort to do  
it.
