[Camino] text boxes, buttons

For me, that was a conflict with Windows Media player. The newest  
version of Camino, plus not allowing Windows Media files to play  
inside a browser page, ie forcing them to play in a separate window  
(like a QuickTime window in the case of Flip4Mac) solved the problem.
