[Camino] PDF Browser Plugin not recognized

Hi,

I can't get PDF files displayed, even though I installed the PDF  
Browser Plugin in /Library/Internet Plug-Ins. Seems that the Plugin  
is not recognized (doesn't appear in the installed plugins)
Platform: MacBook Pro (Intel)
System: 10.4.7
Camino version: 1.0.2 multilingual

Any idea about the source of the problem and whether it can be fixed?
