[Camino] [SOC] Improvements to the Camino tabbed-browsing experience

I'd love a sort of exposé feature for tab switching. Even if it's  
just a switch of the front tab, like the bookmark manager, to a grid  
of thumbnails of the open windows where clicking the thumbnail  
activates that tab.
