[Camino] blank pop-ups

Indeed, the pop-up blocker is not 100% effective; I even get pop-ups 
on mac sites! And yes, 80-90% of them are blank; like Smokey said, 
that's the ad being blocked in the pop-up.

The real issue is that pop-up blocking is less effective today than 
it was 6-12 months ago. The blocker needs to evolve...
