[Camino] Confusion over popups

I couldn't reproduce this myself, but what is likely happening is 
that there is a pop-up that either 1) gets around the Mozilla pop-up 
blocker altogether or 2) is triggered by user action, but the 
contents of that window (usually an image or some Flash) are blocked 
by Camino's ad-blocking (if that preference is enabled).
