[Camino] Download Issue

Every time I try and download any file, the browser hangs, showing  
the spinning cursor, and I have to force quit because it seems not to  
recover and there is no way to see what's happening. Sometimes  
there's a partly downloaded file, but nearly always, it's empty. I  
found this issue in the 1.0 release from a few weeks back, in a  
nightly build I tried, and it's still there in the new 1.0.1 version,  
which I have just installed. I am running Mac OS 10.4.6. This issue  
has made Camino virtually unusable to me, and I've used it since it  
was Chimera 0.6. It seems less stable now than then. Has anybody else  
had this problem? What's the deal?
