[Camino] Popup blocked banner

You can technically add and subtract ads by modifying the CSS file
Camino uses as a filter (if it still works like it used to)... I
forget the exact name and location of the file, so hopefully someone
kind who knows will let you know.

But yeah, not as easy as Firefox's ad blocking extensions, that's for sure.
