[Camino] Popup blocked banner

I haven't seen the new behavior but I assume it's like Firefox. Still 
I'll refrain from saying if I like it.

I will say I don't like the icon in the status bar as the sole 
notification. It's *far* too easy to miss. I miss it all the time.
