[Camino] Popup blocked banner

>From reading the comments on the bug, I think I now know how I would like
the blocker to behave. Don't know if anyone agrees, but here goes;
I'd like to have the old behavior with the icon in the status bar back.
Clicking the notification icon should bring up the blocked popup, with a
banner (that is any colour but yellow, maybe a stylish grey?) on it that
shows 2 options: "keep site blocked" and "unblock site"
Clicking the "keep site blocked" button would close the popup too.
