[Camino] [SOC] Improvements to the Camino tabbed-browsing

I think someone described the scrolling to be like Dashboard behaves  
( while one is adding/removing widgets after clicking the '+' in the  
lower left corner) -
  Clicking on the arrows on either side brings a fresh set of widget  
buttons from either side into view.

Slick is the word  (:
