[Camino] [SOC] Improvements to the Camino tabbed-browsing

I don't know if what you men by "sliding" tab bar is like the row of  
photo's in Photo Booth where you can click and they will slide  
along... I actually quite like this idea, but as long as it doesn't  
have a scroll bar... that would look so bad. You can then re order  
tabs by clicking and dragging much like the dock, and if you want to  
drag it off screen it would automatically scroll that way.
