[Camino] [SOC] Implementation sketches available.

Thanks to everybody who responded to my previous thread. I really
appreciated your feedback.

After discussing with the Camino developers we have decided to mainly stick
to my original proposal, however if things go fantastically well there are a
few ideas that people have suggested that I might be able to get around to.
