[Camino] [SOC] Improvements to the Camino tabbed-browsing

Hi, I hope I'm not too late, anyway here's my idea. A TabSaver. Pretty
much like the SessionSaver extension for Firefox. This would get an
ungodly amount of people to switch to Camino! Thanks.
