but that already has a quite useful function. While I don't often 
create .inetloc files on my desktop, dragging into other apps I do use 
commonly and wouldn't want that feature to go or get obscured

agree.. or maybe icon + text if that keeps you away from some of the 
visual problems of not knowing where the close part starts and the 
draggable part ends
