[Camino] Saving window size

I don't see any advanced setting in about:config for that. Unless I'm  
dumb--high probability, here--Camino acts like other Mac OS X apps,  
and will recall the last window size used.

I would love to be corrected, here. I kinda miss that feature from OW.
