[Camino] pop up CNN bid laden video

I'm not seeing the ad, and the pop-up blocker shows something is  
being blocked. I'm using a trunk nightly build as well as the  
CamiTools preference pane. It's been abandoned, but I believe it's  
still available from PimpMyCamino. Be sure to keep the Block list  
updated.
