[Camino] Popup blocked banner

Hi all,

I noticed in the nightlies of late, a largish yellow banner appears on top
of the window content whenever a popup is blocked. I thought I'd give it a
while, thinking it might grow on me, but it hasn't. Can we make it an option
to have the old behavior back? I find this banner very intrusive, almost
defeating the purpose of the blocker...
Or at the very least make it go away automatically after a few seconds.
