[Camino] Growl Integration in Camino

Hi,

Last week I discovered Growl and I found it very useful. I checked  
bugzilla and I found people interested in the integration of Growl in  
Camino, requested with bugs nr 283100 and 308552
Unfortunately their request for such integration has not been  
prioritized and remains unsupported.

I decided to make the integration on my own into Camino, and I built  
a running version supporting notifications of File Download and Popup  
Blocked.
I would like this code to be fully included in the official release  
of Camino: however, I am uncertain about the issues concerning the 2  
indipendent license of Growl and Camino.
Would it be possible to distribute and include Growl's framework into  
the source code of Camino withouth violating licenses? Please let me  
know if that is possible, in which case I would be glad to provide  
you my changes.
