[Bookmarkshome] Where is the Options panel in Firefox?

I installed BMH but I only see the default stylesheet and no way to 
change it. The Options button is greyed out/inactive on my Extensions 
window, as is the right-click context menu option. I'm using Firefox 
1.0PR on Mac OSX 10.3.4.
