[Bookmarkdd] FYI: broken link on BookmarkDD installation page

Hi Jeff,

Thank you for your remark on 0.6.3 link failed. I don't know why it is broken but I will update it.

It is my choice to still on previous serie number for beta version. So 0.7BetaX will match 0.6.Y
Beta versions are improvement (new functionalities) of stable version but they are not release on addons.mozilla.org (most of case due to translation work needed)
