[Bookmarkdd] New feature suggestion

Hello,

I have just tried your extension for Firefox. For some reason, I had all 
bookmarks duplicated, but didn't noticed that, so I have added some new 
bookmarks to old folders and some to new. BookmarkDD found all 
duplicates and removed them. Well, the problem is that in firefox I 
cannot just drag and drop folders like in windows. If I do that, there 
are still duplicated folders and therefor it is necessary to check them 
move remnants to correct folder and delete empty ones. Annoying. Now 
comes my idea for new feature: option like merge folders with same name 
during finding duplicates. Would be very useful!
