[Bookmarkdd] Version 0.7 Beta?

The 0.7 Beta is the version tagged 0.6.4 in changelog history.
So modifications since 0.6.3 are :
   * FEATURE: Find empty folders, delete all empty folders
   * FEATURE: new button to delete all duplicates URL
