[Bookmarkdd] where is the configuration/option button

Hi,

You have two ways to open the bookmarkdd Options panel :

- like every addons : In Tools menu open Addons panel then select bookmarkdd 
and click on options button.

- you have a bookmarkdd options button in Tools menu. Click on it !!!
