[Bookmarkdd] ADD auto select and refresh

Hello Stephane,

is it possible to select automatically first line of URL after dd
window is open?

is it possible to select automatically first line of Folders after dd
window is open?

and also after each Removing make refresh of both selections.

I expect it will be very powerful (for my 195 duplicate found bookmark
list :-)
