[Bookmarkdd] Suggestion for BookmarkDD Enhancement

Thank you for the duplicate finder extension - this really saves
(additional) clutter in my bookmark files, which are > 2MB at this time.

I have a suggestion to add to the 'Search' options: include please 'All'
option,
so that all categories can be searched at the same time.  Sometimes I
don't remember
if what I'm searching for is in the url, the text, or the title, and
being able to
search all would be very helpful.
