[Bookmarkdd] suggestion- ignore folder option

i've just decided to make a folder of all the sites where i have some
account, which got me an idea. this kind of action obviously consists of
copying many bookmarks, which pops an dialog every time, and which will also
come up in future bkmkDD searches. so why not create an option to specify
some folders (or bookmarks?) as ones that should be ignored?
