[Bookmarkdd] Error - Not a valid install package

The only way I can update BDD 0.4.0 from an earlier version is thru download
to local disk and install from there.

I get the "Not a valid install package" with any attempt to directly
install.
Auto-update - didn't work
Direct install from AMO & your Mozdev.org Homepage
