Hi, all -- I too am grateful for BookmarkDD, a really useful plugin!

One (more standardized) method is to have a "yes to all" button in 
the confirmation dialog. This covers a wider variety of situations, 
rather than being location-specific. I agree though that it would be 
helpful to have a way to prioritize a specific location, especially 
the root folder, for duplicate deletions, since it implies that 
"intelligence" has been added to the other duplicate(s) by categorizing them.

However, it's also possible that the user has forgotten what category 
the duplicate is in (which may be the reason for the duplicate in the 
first place), so one solution to that issue might be to optionally 
present a list of the remaining bookmarks for review.
