It is a good suggestion even if it will not delete a lot of duplicates. I 
will add it in the todo list.

Just an example to be sure that I understood what you suggest:
If bookmark's URL ABCDEF.com within "Bookmarks" folder, aka root folder, is 
duplicate in another folder "Bookmarks > Folder ABCDE" then delete the 
bookmark in "Bookmarks".

It is a good way to find a solution to add a more global delete function.
I have another idea that I must verify to see if it is possible ...
