[Biobar] customizing biobar globally

Hi,
I am new to Biobar & i found it very amazing tool. We are developing
an epitope database and would like to put biobar on our database's
website with added option of searching our database. How can I do
this?
I can see that Biobar can be customized locally but what if I wanted to
customize it globally and put it on our own website?
