[Biobar] Uninstalling and reinstalling

Hi Mike,
Sorry to hear you have been having problems with biobar. The 
uninstallation is dependent on firefox shutting down completely. On 
linux sometimes the process does not die but the browser window closes 
down. So the next time you start the browser the extension is still 
around. Could you ensure the there is no firefox running despite your 
having shut down firefox ?

Do the problems you have correspond to searching bioCyc.xml by any 
chance ? I would like to hear of the problems you have had so I can put 
a workaround in place.
