Dear Krzystof,

Thank you for your interest in Biobar. The project has just started and 
it will be about 10-14 days before I can put up downloads etc. Biobar is 
intended to be a one-stop shop for people searching for information from 
bioinformatics resources. Essentially this will be a toolbar for 
Mozilla/Firefox and will allow searching for specific keywords from 
sequence (UniProt, Expasy, GenBank, EMBL etc), Structure (PDB, MSD, 
PDBSUM), Genome (ASD, Ensembl etc) and Literature (PubMed, OMIM) 
databases from the browser window. It will also provide links to various 
Bioinformatics tools like Fasta, Clustalw, Blast etc from the menus to 
allow power-browsing and rapid access to these resources.

I initially wrote MSDbar (msdbar.mozdev.org) as a toolbar function for 
Structure Bioinformatics, but there has been a demand for more 
functionality in MSDbar and since the name of the project was rather 
restrictive, I've started a new project which probably sums up the 
global scope of this project.

Any suggestions/comments are most welcome.
