That's no clipboard viewer, that's an all in one formater for a game (games.swirve.com/utopia). It's called Angel (utopiatemple.com/angel.php)

Angel moniters the clipboard. Copy a page from the game and Angel formats it all pritty and with all the calculations done for you. it's realy pritty nifty, that is if you play the game. 

As an aside note, when I saw what a clipboard monitoring program could do I wrote albumgraber (sourceforge.net/projects/albumgraber/) when, ur, the foren exchange student who no longer lives with us would download stuff off of morphius/kazaa. he'd go to cddb.com and copy the page with the track listing for the album he wanted to steel. albumgraber would monitor the clipboard and do all kinds of need stuff to organize is mercinary undertaking... lol morphius.  

um... anyway, to be helpful assuming you were trying to be funny... I would not use Angel for a clipboard viewer (without playing utopia). But you can access the clipboard viewer that comes with windows by running clipbrd.exe from the Start->Run thingy. On my xp machine it's in c:/windows/system32. If it ain't there or in the windows dir, you can install it with the add/remove windows components under accessories i think.
