[Addneditcookies] Czech localisation

Hello!

My name is Lukas Petrovicky and I run extension localisations here in Czech
Mozilla project.

I write to ask if Add'n'edit extension author would be interested in having
Czech localisation added to the extension. We already have it done and ready
to be sent.

Also, I'd like to ask if the author could notify me that there's a need for
updating the locale, so I can find a localiser to assign on it.
