Yea, It was a regression caused by the fix for this bug:

I checked in a fix yesterday. Please try again.

I was getting "Chrome Registration Failure" as well yesterday. It has 
been fixed since the mirrors updated last night.

Also, version number is automatically generated w/ the jslib build process.

You should have ver. 0.1.25.
