[Jslib] nsIFileChannel changed in Moz1.3b, breaks io/file.js

Hey there!

Something has changed in recent Mozilla (pre-1.3b) builds that breaks 
file.js (as seen in jslib_current_static.xpi).  Having poked around with 
TagZilla (which depends on it) and cview, I believe I've found the problem.

The component "@mozilla.org/network/local-file-channel;1" is no longer 
there, it seems, and so JSLib can't find the interface nsIFileChannel. 
cview says that interface is still in Mozilla somewhere, but I don't 
(yet) know how to use cview to back-trace it to a component.  I also 
poked around LXR, but I wasn't sure what to look for, and so I didn't 
find it.

I thought I should give you guys a heads-up.
