Nope, it's there.  If you checkout jslib, you'll find in here: 
jslib/libraries/rdf/test/test.js

I also added a link in the documentation to view it online.

BTW, if you have an older version of the repository checked out, you 
might want to do a "cvs update -d".  The -d tells cvs to update newly 
added directories.
