The project wizard allows developers the ability to quickly get a zip file with a template project that they can begin modifying to work on their idea.

The first step is to choose the type of project desired: extension (add-on), application, etc.  Optionally the developer can choose an existing Mozdev project to have information pre-filled.  After that the only step is to choose which options they would like and download their project.
