W37-2008 Dev Status Update

This is the "trying to get a status update done while waiting for a baby to decide if it wants to come today" edition.

  • Bug#19549 - pending project responses are being captured by a new script to make seeing progress easier
  • Bug#18495 - research into staging server upgrades and rack hardware needed (router/firewall recommendations for <5Mb average and lots of connections as well as remote power/kvm/console are welcome)
  • Bug#18881 - Moving downloads.mozdev.org off of CVS tree - the code that generates the listing of files is being updated to work without a local Mozdev CVS tree and work with a regular directory tree in preparation for moving off of the main web server
  • Bug#15661 - Official database access policy has been created now that we have a couple projects using it properly

Next on the agenda (when I get to work on the agenda depends on when the baby comes) is the ability to list emails to/from pending project owners and setup a template response system for our admins.
