W36-2008 Dev Status Update

I spent a large chunk of last week doing Drupal maintenance and improving our default install (allowing anonymous creation of forum topics and wiki pages with captcha, and allowing anonymous commenting with captcha). The rest of the week was spent researching how to move our downloads.mozdev.org code off of our main server to reduce it's load. I should be implementing the split of D.MD.o this week and then be able to get back to automating project creation.
