W16-2009 Dev Status Update

This past week I was primarily focused on edit-in-place actions; adding a new page, trying to get events working so I can know which section has been edited (not working yet). There were also a couple minor site bug fixes put in place and some research into other bugs.

  • bug#20805 - New lists have their host set to "mozdev.mozdev.org" rather than just "mozdev.org" - we're trying to evaluate the impact of fixing this for the affected lists.
  • bug#20466 - Most work here was on improving robustness (error handling) and getting the "add new page" action working
  • bug#20812 - Errors loading proper CSS for source.html pages - this was a problem caused by removing the "http:" from the URLs a little bit back; preferences for viewing the source.html page (default or bonsai style) should work again.

This coming week I'd like to get our name list problems ironed out and continue getting actions working for edit-in-place. Once actions are working well we can begin an initial round of testing.
