Mozdev development status update for W28-2008

Fixed bug in update.rdf generation where the updateHash wasn't updated properly
Setup and converted a number of project repositories to Mercurial
Released Mercurial source hosting into production
Looked into/discussed improving error reporting for projects at Mozdev - I'd like to use PHP's error_prepend_string and error_append_string to identify projects in the PHP error log, but those don't appear to be working. If these worked we could look into additional solutions for getting a project's errors visible to it's owners.
Increased ability to style project bugs page
Upgraded Drupal to 5.8 and updated several modules
Tried to setup Mozdev IRC bot to log our IRC channel, do auto-invites to our admin channel, RSS announcements from the Mozdev blog, and announce proper bug info. I tried several bots (supybot, mozbot) but neither offered auto-invites out-of-the-box; maybe this is a feature I don't understand properly.
Began looking into project creation automation

I imagine this week will involve a lot of prep for the upcoming trip. I'll continue to do research into automating our project creation process, but I don't expect much code will get written.

If you're still looking for an IRC bot, can you describe the auto-invite feature you're looking for in more detail? If that's the only blocker keeping you from running Supybot, it doesn't sound like a hard plugin to write.

It would basically be just like the auto-op feature, but automatically invite someone when the knocked on the channel (okay, so slightly different).
