Copyright Policy and Notice
1. Ownership and Licenses.
Mozdev Community Organization, Incorporated, a New York Not-for-Profit corporation ("mozdev"), does not determine the ownership or authorship of projects hosted on this Site. However, projects are subject to the following conditions and guidance:
Guidance: To the extent that a project creates new, copyright works of authorship, the copyrights to that new work will be owned by the contributors to the project by operation of law. As an open source project, the code is made available by the project owner and other contributors pursuant to an open source license.
Conditions: The contents of the different projects hosted on the Site and copyrights to the contents are owned by the contributors to such projects. Details on how to contact project owners are at http://www.mozdev.org/contact.html.
All code for each project hosted on the Site must be made available under the Mozilla Public License (MPL) unless otherwise noted on the project pages. More information about the MPL can be found at http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/. If a project is not using the MPL it must to use one of the other OSI-approved open source licenses.
2. Copyright Infringement.
If You, the user of this Site, believe that Your copyright work or material has been used on the Site in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide mozdev's Copyright Agent with a written notice (email will suffice) that includes the following information:
- an electronic or physical signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- a description of where the material that You claim is infringing is located on the Site;
- Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
- a statement by You that You have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement by You, under penalty of perjury, that the information in Your notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

3. mozdev Copyright Notice.
The copyrights to some of the images and content on this site are owned by mozdev. This content includes items on the main part of the site (anything with a URL starting with www.mozdev.org or mozdev.org). These images and content are not part of any of the projects hosted on the Site.
